New Check Run December 12, 2025

Hello,

The City of Rochester is issuing another check run December 12. Due to the significant USPS delays affecting our November 26 payments, we want to give vendors the option to pick up their checks in person if preferred.

If you would like to pick up your check rather than have it mailed, please send an email to receptionist@rochester.in.us or call our office at 574-223-2510. Checks will be available for pickup beginning December 12 at 12:00 PM at:

City Hall - City of Rochester

320 Main Street

Rochester, IN 46975

If we do not hear from you before December 16, your check will be mailed as usual, but please be aware that holiday-related USPS processing delays may result in slower delivery.
