1. Open Safari on your iOS device.

3. Tap the Share button on the menu bar. (The Share button will be a box with an arrow pointing upwards)
4. Tap on Add to Home Screen.
5. Enter a name for the shortcut, such as City of Rochester, and confirm the webpage address.
6. Tap Add in the upper-right corner to add the shortcut to your home screen.
